"Giving" is a Biblical principle

Giving tithes and offerings is a beautiful expression of worship, going beyond mere financial contributions. It’s an act done in spirit and truth, as we obey God's Word. Instead of “paying” tithes and offerings, we joyfully bring our gifts to the church, presenting to the Lord what our hearts have chosen to give. God cherishes these offerings as holy and set apart for Him.

“Honor God with everything you own; give him the first and the best.”    Proverbs 3:9 (Message Bible)

“And all the tithe of the land, whether of the seed of the land, or of the fruit of the tree, is the Lord’s; it is holy unto the Lord.”  

Leviticus 27:30 (KJV)

The tithe is 10% of your earnings.  Tithe means tenth.  This amount is set by God.  An offering is what you are led to give by the Holy Spirit.

"And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying,  Thus speak unto the Levites, and say unto them, When ye take of the children of Israel the tithes which I have given you from them for your inheritance, then ye shall offer up an heave offering of it for the Lord, even a tenth part of the tithe."   Numbers 18:25-26 (KJV)

We pray that, at the appointed time, as you set aside your tithes and offerings, you bring them forth with joy, reflecting your love, faith, honor, respect, and obedience to God’s word.

"Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion,

for God loves a cheerful giver."    2 Corinthians 9:7 (NIV)

Have faith and align your heart with God's Word. God truly loves cheerful givers. When we give through the church to support the advancement of His Kingdom, we engage in His divine work. Giving is vital for both the church's mission and its community. 

God encourages us to be mindful of our giving. Created in His image, we are blessed with intelligence and guided by the Holy Spirit. Being aware of our contributions and praying even as we give deepens our connection to Him. 

There are profound blessings in giving! You cannot outgive God; His generosity brings answered prayers, deliverance, breakthroughs, victories, strong families, fulfilling jobs, health, harmony in marriages, peace, wisdom, sound minds, and protection—spiritually, physically, financially, and beyond! 

Blessings flow as you worship through your giving. Our Heavenly Father cares for every aspect of your life.
